Before joining Rockstead Capital, Francis Tan served as the First Vice President of PVR, Malaysia Offshore Market at UOB. He managed a portfolio valued at S$250 million, working with clients across the Asia Pacific region. He is a specialist in client acquisition and relationship management.

Francis was the recipient of the FY 2019 Sales Achievement Award at UOB.

Prior to that, he was ranked among the Top 5 CPC Relationship Managers at Citibank for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016. He also received numerous other top awards during his tenure at Citibank between 2008 and 2013.

Francis holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University.
