Clemann Woon brings extensive experience in asset management and financial services, with a career spanning investment management, portfolio construction and engineering. He has developed and managed multi-asset portfolios across different market cycles, with a focus on asset allocation, portfolio resilience and risk-adjusted returns. His investment experience was shaped through close collaboration with senior investment teams at Standard Chartered Bank and OCBC Bank, where he developed a deep understanding of portfolio management, market dynamics and risk management.
At Rockstead Capital, Clemann leads the investment function, overseeing the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio management and investment implementation across its investment funds and discretionary portfolios. He is closely involved in asset allocation, macroeconomic analysis, risk management and investment execution, as well as the evaluation of investment opportunities and formulation of portfolio strategies. His approach emphasises disciplined capital deployment, downside protection and portfolio resilience, with the objective of preserving and growing capital across market environments.
Prior to his career in asset management and financial services, Clemann spent the first decade of his professional career in engineering, leading complex projects at Keppel and ensuring aircraft reliability at Singapore Airlines. His engineering career included the successful delivery of a major offshore drilling rig and provided a strong foundation in risk assessment, systems thinking, managing uncertainty and executing high-stakes decisions under demanding conditions. This technical discipline continues to inform his systematic and risk-focused approach to investing.
Clemann is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder. He holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Yit Fun brings over 20 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, and external asset management to her role as Head of Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) at Rockstead Capital.
Prior to joining Rockstead Capital, Yit Fun held Assistant Vice President (AVP) positions at leading financial institutions including Bank of Singapore, DBS Private Bank, BNP Paribas Wealth Management, and Credit Suisse. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in wealth management operations, client onboarding, regulatory compliance, client servicing, and relationship management support for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
At Rockstead Capital, Yit Fun leads the ARM function, focusing on talent development, process enhancement, operational excellence, and the delivery of seamless support to both clients and Relationship Managers. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she continues to provide hands-on support in her capacity as a Senior ARM, bringing valuable frontline experience and insights to the team. She is passionate about mentoring the ARM team and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that supports the firm’s continued growth.
Yit Fun holds the IBF Qualified Certification in Wealth Management, the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) Certificate in Private Banking, and the Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certifications.
Outside of work, Yit Fun enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, and expressing her creativity through painting. She is also a certified Pastel Nagomi Art Instructor accredited by the Japan Pastel Hope Art Association (JPHAA).

As the Head of Compliance and Business Risk at Rockstead Capital, Elisa governs the corporate regulatory framework. She directs enterprise compliance operations and manages regulatory engagements to ensure the business operates with absolute professional integrity.
Specialized in corporate governance and risk mitigation, she focuses heavily on compliance monitoring alongside Anti Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) programs. She views regulatory protocols as a fundamental business enabler, providing the secure baseline necessary to protect investor assets and drive institutional expansion.
Her professional track record includes a prominent tenure at Swiss Asia Financial Services. Serving as Head of Compliance for the organization, she successfully led the internal compliance team and oversaw the entire governance framework.
She holds a Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Accountability (with Distinction) from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London.

Selene Ng brings over 20 years of experience across fund management, banking, and financial services. Throughout her career, she has built a strong foundation in fund operations, governance, regulatory compliance, and client servicing, earning a reputation as a dependable and solutions-oriented professional.
At Rockstead Capital, Selene leads the Operations team and oversees a broad range of operational activities across multiple fund structures. She works closely with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, and corporate secretaries to ensure that funds operate smoothly and in compliance with regulatory requirements. She also provides guidance across operational processes and plays a key role in driving initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, governance, and risk management. Among her significant contributions is the successful migration of Cayman funds to Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) structures.
Prior to joining Rockstead Capital, Selene held various operations and client servicing roles within the banking industry, where she developed valuable experience in operational risk management, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and relationship support.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Canberra.

Joining in August 2024, Alvin Wong serves as Manager for Strategy, Planning & Insights at Rockstead Capital.
Prior to this, he spent over a decade at Standard Chartered Bank, where he held progressive roles across financial markets middle office, new products, compliance surveillance, and wealth management COO functions. His tenure there saw him lead regulatory projects, drive operational excellence initiatives, and develop risk assessment frameworks across FX, Rates, Credit, and Commodities.
Alvin’s diverse career spans the full breadth of financial markets operations, with experience at global institutions including ANZ Bank, RHB Bank, and Wells Fargo, as well as within the alternative investments space across hedge funds, private equity, and family offices. This broad exposure has equipped him with a unique perspective in building operational frameworks and driving strategic transformation across complex, multi-asset environments.
He also played a key role in strengthening Rockstead’s operational foundation, having established the firm’s middle office processes and controls and led the firm’s digital transformation programme.
Alvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Banking and Finance) from Murdoch University. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).”

Chun Xing brings over a decade of experience across audit, fund administration, and investment management to his role at Rockstead Capital. He provides leadership across the Group’s finance activities, including fund operations, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and ensuring robust financial stewardship across the organisation.
Chun Xing began his career with Deloitte and Baker Tilly Singapore, where he developed expertise in audit, financial reporting, and risk management. He subsequently transitioned into the alternative investment sector, holding positions with Apex Group and MUFG Investor Services, where he managed fund accounting and reporting functions for private equity and hedge fund structures.
At Rockstead Capital, Chun Xing provides financial leadership and strategic oversight, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen governance frameworks, enhance operational efficiency, and support the continued growth of the Group’s investment management platform.
Chun Xing holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Sunway University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia member.

Tammy brings nearly a decade of experience across the financial services industry to her role at Rockstead Capital. She leads the firm’s marketing function, overseeing brand strategy, client engagement, corporate communications and marketing initiatives that support Rockstead’s long-term growth and strengthen its position as a trusted independent wealth manager.
Her career spans banking, insurance and professional services, with experience at leading organisations including Standard Chartered and KPMG. In addition to financial services, she has broadened her marketing expertise through roles in the education sector, giving her a well-rounded perspective on brand building, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications across diverse industries.
Drawing on her experience in both professional services and independent wealth management, Tammy brings a strategic and commercially focused approach to marketing. She works closely with senior management and investment professionals to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling communications, while delivering initiatives that enhance the client experience and reinforce Rockstead’s brand.
Tammy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Singapore Management University (SMU) and a Bachelor of Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Haiqal Haffis leads Rockstead Capital’s Human Resources team, driving the firm’s people strategy and overseeing key areas of human resource operations. He brings extensive experience in building and scaling HR functions within high-growth organisations, with expertise spanning talent acquisition, learning and development, HR operations, performance management, and policy development.
Working closely with senior management, Haiqal develops people strategies that support Rockstead’s long-term business objectives while fostering a high-performing and collaborative workplace. From establishing robust HR frameworks and performance appraisal systems to driving strategic recruitment initiatives, he ensures the firm’s human capital strategy attracts, develops and retains top talent.
Prior to joining Rockstead, Haiqal built his HR expertise across recruitment consulting, account management and entrepreneurship. This diverse background gives him a commercially minded perspective on organisational development, enabling him to balance business priorities with employee engagement and long-term talent development. He is recognised for his hands-on leadership style, practical approach to problem-solving and ability to build scalable HR practices in fast-paced environments.
